At the center of the island lay a busy and very cheerful fortress, a mix of the rune knights that set up here and the Mindrache Colonists it's a hub of activity. The extension of the ports reach into it and much of it is paved with different stones for different walks of life. It has several sections such as the living quarters, shopping district and crafting district. The knight outpost itself hosts a small contingent of knights that use it to sail to different countries or as a resting point on their journeys across seas.

Vander Port is on the western side of the island, nestled behind the rocks and many reefs that provide a natural defense against raids and other pirate acts. It's a bustling hub of activity from the island and much of its trade comes from here. The few piers that are not part of this port lay scattered around the island for small fishing boats and the like.

A massive tree that lay on the east side of the island near one of the cliffs is a popular spot for those wanting a peaceful part of the day. Commonplace is meditation and listening to the gentle waves lap up against the cliff. Much of this area is untouched by the Mindrache progress and will remain like that for the foreseeable future. The tree itself was one of the first things to step out of the forgotten realms and one of the first places to be cleared by the knights.

The Emerald bay is a beachhead that rests on the southern most part of the island; crystal clear waters. Plenty of fishing spots and plenty of places to catch a tan or just enjoy the rays of sunlight. It's a hotspot for activity from the Mindrache Colony when they just want to take it easy. During the night this part of the island is fairly on the colder side so it's wise to avoid it.

Much of the island is still taken up by forests and deadly beasts wander the perimeter of the cities; only kept at bay by a mix of Mindrache Guards and Rune Knights that either were stationed here or passing through. The heavily forested areas are all but impassible and much of the paths have to be hewn down repeatedly to make any sort of mark on it. Once the paths end your guarantee of safety also ends from the residents of the island.

Board Description
Vander Tower
The island of Vander tower sits off of the coast of Fiore of it's more northern provinces. It's a good few miles from land and sits just between where Orchida and the Worth Woodea are located. Making it easy to trade or deal with the people there. The large Mindrache Colony is a safe space for everyone that comes here. Their culture is very fluid and accepting; the island rich and lush with resources. While they are still developing much of the island there's swaths of it that have been left untouched by progress where danger lay and ruins seem to spring up no matter where you go. The rune knights have an outpost on the island dedicated to keeping the islanders safe from domestic and other kinds of threats as the fledgling island grows.
