The square of Baska is where most of the shops are located. It starts to get lively quite early because all the locals come here to purchase some bread, milk, or even eggs in the morning. Merchants sell their wares in small stalls they station in the center of the square during the day. For the sake of safety, the Rune Knights have placed a small garrison here in the barracks along with a superior. Often times, the Rune Knights patrol the square to ensure the market is safe from theft.

One of the most popular locations in Baska must be the Boar Hat. Everyone comes here to enjoy a beer and laugh, for the collection of alcoholic beverages here is quite impressive. Many travelers come here to take a quick glance at the board which hosts all the quests available in the town. The tables and chairs in the Boar Hat are all handcrafted by the owner of the pub. Rumor has it the the owner used to be part of a select group within the Rune Knights which disbanded years ago.

Farms make up a great deal of Baska, so it isn't uncommon to find meadows with windmills out in the open. The farms, both stretched out yet very closely knit together, are located along the roads. The farmers in this rural section maintain their crops and live peaceful lives. The merchants at the square come here at dawn to purchase milk and eggs for a cheap price, which they sell later during the day to the locals for a higher price but saving them the trouble of coming down here.

On a cliff in Baska, lies the church. Its appearance is not similar to other churches, being actually a three story building. The reason for this is because it is actually an orphanage and place which houses refugees. The first floor serves as the church, the second floor serves as housing for the orphans and refugees, and the third one is where priests reside. There is a forest to the east of the church and a trail that leads down to the city.

The Baska Station is a developing train station that is fairly new to the area. Many were skeptical about the idea of having a station built here, due to Baska originally being only being a small town. It, however, has had insane popularity despite its barebones appearance, due to a heavy amount of traffic from merchants and mages. It contains a small station building and a couple of benches, but other than that the station has little to no other features.

The outskirts of Baska exists out of green plains and hills. A meandering river runs across the outskirts offering some guidance in direction. While it is a beautiful sight, it's still the outskirts of a town and therefore considered unsafe. While traveling through the outskirts it is advised to keep an eye out for beasts or bandits. Some bandit groups have been active here lately, robbing travelers in the middle of the night from their belongings.

Baska's Great Rock is a great attraction for tourists because many combat tournaments get hosted on top of it. The ability to participate is not restricted; participants can include children, tourists, travelers, and even Rune Knights. With various rewards each time, many people are always eager to participate. There is a small bridge which connects to the rock. On top of Baska's Great Rock a large ring is situated and some merchant stalls selling beverages and snacks.

Board Description
Baska
Baska is a lively location, loud and boisterous in its day to day activities as citizens barter for their goods. It is a small merchant town that is famous for its annual flea market festival. It is said that literally everything is to be sold in the town's annual flea market festival, including junk, weapons and jewelry; apparently, it once even had a crown from a distant kingdom. Besides acting as a modest trading hub for small merchants, it also offers weary travelers a place to rest.
