The Salt Seas serve as a natural defense to the proud lands of Enca. Firstly, if any outsiders go overboard they would quickly succumb to the cold water. Meanwhile, Encans can swim through the cold water while holding their breath for unnaturally long times. Secondly, the large icebergs scattered throughout the Salt Seas make it incredibly difficult to navigate through them towards Enca. Lastly, the icebergs serve as protection against larger ships. Since they cannot move through the icebergs, Enca cannot be invaded by large armies at once.

A city built into the icy landscape of Enca which many of Enca's powerful raiders call home. Towering above the city are the cliffs of the very ice that it was carved upon, and upon these monstrous cliffs lay several blocks of extra housing that were constructed originally as shopping districts, but other than that, they have since become home to many of the poorer residents. Nanuq rests directly upon the sea, nestled near a large mountain range. Due to the landscape, it is considered one of Enca's mightiest strongholds.

A massive stretch of arctic tundra covers most Enca. The inland tundra is mostly mountainous and inhabited by diverse fauna. The valleys of arctic mountain ranges also host small settlements. In contrast, the coastal arctic plains are highly treacherous. Only skilled arctic hunters travel on the open plains, but only stay for short periods of time. Heavy winter blizzards constantly pelt the tundra, and unstable ice sheets often give way under the slightest pressure. Even experienced mages and warriors think twice before venturing into this environment.

Enca
Enca is an island nation located beneath Sin. Once notorious pirates and sea raiders, they eventually grew into a strong warrior nation that even Sinese try to avoid conflict with. Enca is a federation of multiple clans; each with its own laws and autonomy, with a nonaggression pact guaranteeing peace between them. As the hierarchy system of the Encan Tribes, the Grand Chief is a head of state while coordinating the other chiefs that rule their respective clans, and the patriarchs are heads of the villages. Enca consists out of snowy and icy landscapes with enormous frozen tundra.
