The Skills & Perks
Skills are passive effects which companions have that grant them things such as the ability to flight, talk, etc.
Perks are passive effects that can be applied to companions, These perks are divided into two types and five tiers of effectiveness. The two types of perks are divided between Companion Perks and Partner Perks. Companion Perks boost the effectiveness of your Companion or Provide Unique effects to it and Partner Perks focus on Supporting the user instead.
Note: The same perk cannot be selected multiple times in order to stack perks from different tiers.
Companion perks and partner perk Tiers do not correspond to each other or with Forge Item perks Tiers. Using perks from a different perk list is not recommended and will be graded more strictly.
Companion Partner perks are considered more powerful than Forge Item perks, which in turn are more poweful than Companion Perks.
Lvl. 1 Companion Perks
Companion Spell Range Increase: The range of spells attached to the companion are increased by 5 meters.
Companion Spell Speed Increase: The range of spells attached to the companion is increased by 5 meters per second.
Companion Command Range Increase: The maximum range at which this companion can be controlled increases by 5 meters.
Mobility Improvement: The companion can reach heights of up to 5 meters easily by pushing themselves off against the ground with their feet.
Companion Mana Cost Reduction: The companion receives a 5% mana cost reduction on the spells attached to them.
Lvl. 2 Companion Perks
Companion Command Range Increase: The maximum range at which this companion can be controlled increases by 10 meters.
Basic Speech: The Companion is capable of speech.
Type Cooldown Reduction: The companion receives a cooldown reduction of 1 post for a specific type of spell (Offensive, Defensive etc.).
Companion Mana Cost Reduction: The companion receives a 10% mana cost reduction on the spells attached to them.
Sight Improvement: The companion can see everything perfectly up to 20 meters.
Hearing Improvement: The companion can hear everything perfectly up to 20 meters.
Lvl. 3 Companion Perks
Companion Command Range Increase: The maximum range at which this companion can be controlled increases by 15 meters.
Innate Flight: The companion can fly up to 5 meters. (Skill)
Combo-Elemental: The companion may be two elements instead of one, the user must select elements that are not-conflicting.
Specific Elemental Cooldown Reduction: The companion receives a cooldown reduction of 1 post for a specific element (Fire, Water, etc.) for either magic or items.
Type Cooldown Reduction: The companion receives a cooldown reduction of 2 posts for a specific type of spell (Offensive, Defensive etc.).
Companion Spell Range Increase: The range of spells attached to the companion are increased by 10 meters.
Companion Spell Speed Increase: The speed of spells attached to the companion is increased by 10 meters per second.
Percentage Attribute Boost: The companion receives a 10% increase to a single attribute.
Minor Elemental Resistance: The companion receives a minor elemental resistance versus a specific element. This may not be an element that overpowers the companion.
Extra Damage vs Equipment: The companion deals one rank higher damage versus equipment.
Extra Damage vs Defensive: The companion deals one rank higher damage versus Defensive-type spells.
Half-Soundless: The companion is naturally half-soundless.
Half-Scentless: The companion is naturally half-scentless.
Sight Improvement: The companion can see everything perfectly up to 40 meters.
Hearing Improvement: The companion can hear everything perfectly up to 40 meters.
Racial Fear Immunity: The companion receives an immunity against the Fear perk of races.
Sensory: The companion receives Dark Sight, Seismic Sense, Illusion Detector or something similar like that.
Companion Mana Cost Reduction: The companion receives a 15% mana cost reduction on the spells attached to them.
Mobility Improvement: An improved jump and lunge up to 10 meters.
Knock-Back Reduction: The companion only gets knock-backed half the distance.
Focused Healing: The companion only heals allies with AoE healing.
Focused Buff: The companion only buffs allies with AoE buffing.
Enhanced Running Speed: The companion may reach full running speed within 3 seconds instead of the normal 4 seconds. This effect can not be stacked.
Focused Debuff: The companion only debuffs enemies with AoE debuff. This may only be applied to staff or armor customs.
Lvl. 4 Companion Perks
Advanced Innate Flight: The companion can fly up to 10 meters. (Skill)
Type Magic Spell Overcharge: Spells of a single type cast by the companion are considered one Rank Higher.

Specific Elemental Cooldown Reduction: The companion
receives a cooldown reduction of 2 post for a specific element (Fire, Water, etc.).

Damage Return: The companion deals physical damage to anyone that harms their body with physical damage. The responsible party receives two ranks lower of physical damage in return at the same place on their body. Should the responsible party deal damage to the chest of the companion, they will receive damage on their own chest as well. The damage doesn't drop below D-rank, which means that even after the reduction of two ranks, a C-rank physical hit to the companion will still return D-rank physical damage to the target.
Companion Mana Cost Reduction: The companion receives a 20% mana cost reduction on the spells attached to them.
Blinding Immunity: The companion cannot get blinded.
Deafening Immunity: The companion cannot get deafened.
Binding Immunity: The companion cannot get bound.
Homing: The companions spells are considered homing on their target.
Limb Cripple: Once the companion hinders a limb it cannot be restored from hinder status anymore for the remainder of the topic.
Physical Armor Piercing: The companion ignores armor when dealing physical damage. It deals damage straight to the Constitution of the target.
Magical Armor Piercing: The spells of the companion ignore armor when dealing magical damage. It deals damage straight to the Constitution of the target.
Full-Soundless: The companion is naturally full-soundless.
Full-Scentless: The companion is naturally full-scentless.
Physical Damage to Magical Damage: The companion deals magical damage instead of physical damage.
Fear Immunity: The companion receives an immunity against all forms of Fear.
Race Damage: The companion deals one rank higher physical damage versus a specific race.
Damage Over Time: The companion deals two ranks lower of damage over time once you harm a target. This costs sustain mana and can be at most be sustained for 2 posts.
Moderate Elemental Resistance: The companion receives a moderate elemental resistance versus a specific element. This may not be an element that overpowers the companion's element.
Mana Burn: Upon striking the target, they will lose the equivalent of one rank lowers worth of mana.
Life-Steal: The companion automatically heals three ranks lower of the Physical Damage that they inflict to the target. This only heals Constitution and doesn't affect Endurance.

Anti-Sensory (Spells): The companion cannot be detected by any sensory spells. Does not stack with [Anti-Sensory (Effects, Perks)].
Anti-Sensory (Effects, Perks): The companion cannot be detected by any item effects or racial perks. Does not stack with [Anti-Sensory (Spells)].
Rideable: The user may ride their companion, If the user has a higher Speed than it, their own Speed attribute will apply to it instead whenever the user rides them.
Melee Weapon Transformation: Your companion can transform into a melee weapon that you can use to attack enemies. The damage of the companion weapon is equivalent to the base damage for a weapon of that rarity or the companion strength whichever is lower. This can not be influenced by external modifiers such as Other-buff spells.

Spell Multi-Element Conversion: While this item is being held by the user, they may select the element of the spells they cast, this effect requires the user to pay the base amount. When this effect is used, the spell is not impacted by Elemental Synergy modifiers.
