■ Details: A scroll that allows the user to learn a new spell.
■ Effect: The user unlocks an C-Rank spell slot. They must still purchase or train it once it is approved.
■ Restriction: The user must be capable of casting C-Rank spells and should not exceed the maximum allowed A-Rank spells with respect to their rank.
