Shinkoku, “land of the gods”, is the Capitol of Joya as it is where the Shogun mainly hails. After the war of the late Shogun Ayame, the former Capitol of Joya, Daifujima was destroyed and cursed with spirits of mindless vengeful spirits. Against the sea and mountains, Shinkoku greets all visitors through their torii gate that hugely hangs between the mountains that wall off all other ways to enter the City from the sea point. Ryūjin is said to reside in the sea below as he protects Shinkoku residents from all harm that may come forth. Shinkoku is full of beauty of it's own with the beauty of Strength with their Mahō-Yuto District where many train for combat and tournaments. Festivals are held here and they say a mysterious god merchant appears during a festival once a year that sells unique items sold no where else, but this could be a rumor. At the top of the mountain area within, the Palace is where the current Shogun resides so they can watch Shinkoku alongside their military.

Kyokoyado Muromachi Hotel is an enriched hotel that any could afford. Sure, depending on how much you can spend, the better your room will be, but hey! The owner is a Shiba named Yongrui. That's right, the owner is dog, and their workers are Ayame, a Shinobi girl and Tomo who is just a human who is the best at cleaning and cooking. The place is on the far right of the Capitol of Joya so foreigner visitors and many others may have a place to stay. It is a five-story building, the top roof area belonging to the Romantic Suite section. A perfect place with balconies, perfect ocean view and city view if you land a room on the city side of the hotel. Inside it is decorated with beautiful waxed wooden mahogany floors and beautiful art worked walls of colors and Joyan designs. There are floors within the mountain for those who wish to keep the daylight away from their view yet listen to the ocean waves or not, and the inner onsen. The hotel comes with free buffet for the early birds. Just be careful not to mess with Yongrui, it's not a normal dog.

Hidden within the Mountains along the ocean and near the Capitol, the Mahō-Yuto District is where many Samurai and those who wish to train go. Many who go here have said that they feel an increase to themselves more than they normally would anywhere else. No one is sure, but many say it is because the souls of ancient fighters resided near these mountains where the district was reconstructed and built. It doesn't look much from the outside, but once one goes in, many will realize this district is meant for absolute practice of training and battle of one's future. This district even holds their newfound challenge of Mortal Combat.

A peaceful, dusky forest filled with glowing flowers that are luminous at night. Many people come here to collect herbs and flowers or have a picnic here. It is forbidden to hunt creatures in this forest as it is seen as a sacred Forest filled with peaceful rare animals. There is a cove at the end of the forest with hot springs and a waterfall that many couples tend to go to for a romantic time under the night. It is said that Inari Okami protects this forest as there are statues of Kitsunes randomly alongside the pathways with lanterns of glowing light.

Izakaya where people stay, buy, drink and party. It is created as a dome of business and pleasure mixed in one. This place parties all night and day, a location that never rests. Izakaya uses different culture designs and architecture in the mix to welcome all from any Country to enjoy life and a little sin. While killing is an obvious crime, adult activities, enjoying the festival parade and being a shopaholic is not. Just remember, whatever you do outside of Joya, stays outside of Joya as everyone is equal here.
